I absolutely love this photograph... I think the bright lights really add to this photo.

Question, what exactly is a fish-eye lens? I know absolutely nothing about photography... I'm curious.

A fish eye lens is a ultra-wide angle lens with roughly 180 degree vision, similar to that of a fish lol. it distorts at the edges, its great for shooting achitectural stuctures etc
